The experimental results show that when the working current is controlled at 5-20mA/cm2 at room temperature, the material can be used as both positive and negative electrode for hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution, and the overpotential of hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution is very high, such as in 1m H2SO4 and at medium current density at room temperature, the oxygen evolution potential can be as high as 5 volts.
